For online orders, you may return non-personalized, unworn, undamaged watch (in its original packaging) within 14 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping costs).

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including purchase gifts, accessories, extra links, and any other items that came with the item. Personalized watches, batteries, watch bands (plastic, leather, or metal), and marked-down items (retail markdowns, special promotions, sales, etc.) are considered "Final Sale." Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

*  Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return address. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

* For returns not related to product quality, such as change of mind or wrong purchase, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Please note that without prior approval from the customer service team, any orders returned outside of the 14 day return period will be sent back with no refund issued.

If your item is not received by mail, please contact us within 5 days of your order we will be happy to work with you and the shipping company to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that a written customer confirmation may be required to help expedite a claim with the shipping company. Any information provided may be used in our internal investigation with the shipping company, insurance company, and respective law enforcement agencies.
